Our Accounting Clerk is responsible for working closely with all areas of the Canadian organization to deliver on key responsibilities.  You can look forward to collaborating with a small, personable team who cares about job satisfaction and positive outcomes, a beautiful modern office space in our newly constructed Corporate HQ (opened summer 2018), a competitive salary, and Day 1 Medical Benefits fully paid for by the company.  


  • Accounting diploma or certificate
  • Minimum 1 year’s clerical accounting experience
  • MS Dynamics NAV ERP experience preferred (another ERP experience will be considered)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong aptitude in learning new technology tools



  •  Processing sales invoices
  •  Processing vendor bills
  •  Create and maintain customer/vendor files
  •  Reconciliation of vendor statements
  •  Filing and maintain documentation
  •  Preparation account statements
  •  Bank reconciliation
  •  Ad-hoc and periodic reports
  •  Other related duties as assigned

  • Must be detail oriented with aptitude for documentation
  • Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Leadership behaviours including the ability to escalate problems, engage staff and drive results
  • Ability to take ownership of work, find solutions to issues and ensure timely completion of duties
  • Must be able to use tact, discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Responsible to work extended hours as requested, or as required, to meet the job demands
